development of resilience in youth and women, offering tailored support to

positively to resilient and safe communities. We are dedicated to nurturing inner strength and fostering productive engagement in society
A nurtured child is raised by parents who are mentally
health, empowered and resilient. Adolescents are the parents of the future
who face a lot of adversities. Resilience Team is committed to enhance adolescent life skills, support them to improve emotional intelligence and be able
to make positive relationships and choices.
This program focus on the promotion of access to quality sexual reproductive health information and service,
and empowerment of adolescents for responsible exercise of sexual rights to
prevent risk behaviors, early and unintended pregnancy, maternal and infant death and increase the chances of children to survive.
The first years of child’s life are the most critical and determines the life expectancy and the potential of productive adult. Resilience Team advocates for a comprehensive approach to support ECD (health, nutrition, education, social and emotional)
development) the protection of all children’s rights. Resilience Team will work to implement comprehensive service models to ensure that all children can survive, nourish and reaching their potential to become productive citizens.
Building parenting skills is a way to foster child
development. Our program focus on community interventions with young
parents to develop their knowledge in child development, the abilities to
foster child development through play, communication, modeling healthy
relationships, being responsive and attuned to child's needs. We teach parents to keep children safe, healthy, loved and meet their emotional and cognitive needs which will make them productive adults and good
people.
Resilience Team advocates for the right of children with disabilities and
special needs to influence change on social protection systems and labor
laws for their parents. We are committed to build inclusive environment
in communities, support parents to deal with the stress of having a child
with disability or special needs, specially in contexts where services to
meet their needs are not accessible or affordable. We want to mobilize
every single person, communities, organizations and donors to join our effort to meet the need of these children and give them equal and equi-
table opportunities to become productive adults.
Today marks the official launch of Resilience Team Association, a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Texas, United States. But this is more than a local initiative—it is the birth of a global movement for child survival and development advocacy. At Resilience Team Association, we are committed to transforming trauma into strength, silence into advocacy, and vulnerability into leadership.
We believe that every child—regardless of geography, circumstance, or background—deserves the right to survive, thrive, and grow in safe, nurturing environments. Our purpose is to champion the rights of children affected by abuse, neglect, displacement, and systemic injustice. We aim to build community-based resilience hubs that offer healing, education, and empowerment, while mobilizing professionals, caregivers, and survivors into a united global network of support. Through evidence-based practice and lived experience, we elevate the voices of those who have endured and equip them to lead change in their communities.
Though headquartered in Texas, our reach is intentionally global. We maintain operational ties across the United States and Africa, and we are actively building partnerships with educators, clinicians, legal advocates, and community leaders worldwide. Our resources will be multilingual and culturally responsive, designed to meet the needs of diverse families and institutions. Resilience Team is not just an organization—it is a platform for international collaboration, systemic reform, and generational healing.
We invite you—whether you're a parent, professional, policymaker, or survivor—to join us. Together, we will build systems that protect, uplift, and transform lives. Together, we will redefine what it means to be resilient.
Support, get involved, and be part of a movement that turns survival into leadership.
